How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE USPS ground shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. Shipping rates for orders under $50, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total, weight of the items and the destination address.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Most orders ship from our cozy bungalow home before 2PM MST and ship the following day of when your order was placed.
Please note, any orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following Monday.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer USPS international shipping across the globe for most of our products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Londonberrie Paper Company is not responsible for any possible customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays and weather conditions.
What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How do I return an item?
1. Make sure that your order qualifies. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
